An AI assistant, an agent or a script can make a foto foto book over HTTP. The book comes back as a link to view, save with an email address and order printed.

API

The REST API creates a book from photo URLs, an iCloud Shared Album link or uploaded files, prices it for a country and starts a checkout. It needs no key. The OpenAPI file describes every call.

MCP

The MCP server at https://fotofoto.app/mcp exposes the same tools to Claude, ChatGPT and any other MCP client.

In the browser

Every page registers two WebMCP tools, so an agent driving a browser reads the catalog and makes a book from public photo URLs or an album link without clicking through the site.

Payments

An agent pays for a printed book on the customer's behalf with the Machine Payments Protocol or with USDC over x402, after the customer has saved the book and agreed to the total. People pay through Stripe Checkout.

Everything an agent reads before it starts sits at a fixed address.

Limits

Making and viewing a book is free, with a rate limit per address and a maximum number of photos per book. Ordering needs a saved book and a country we ship to.
