When you can return a book or get a refund.
Books from Explore
A book bought from Explore that you did not personalize can be returned within 14 days of delivery, no reason needed. Tell us within those 14 days, then send it back within another 14. You pay return postage; we refund the price and our standard delivery once the book is back (or provably on its way).
Custom products
Personalized books are made to order, so EU law (Art. 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive) exempts them from the 14-day right of withdrawal. Please review your book carefully before ordering.
Defects
If a book arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days with photos. Once approved, we reprint a replacement or refund you in full, free of charge.
Non-delivery
If we cannot ship within 30 days of your order, you can cancel for a full refund.
